- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. The product must be in new, resellable condition.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns. This can be the email confirmation or order number sent to you after completing your purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Items that have been damaged by misuse, accident, or alteration.
- How to Return an Item
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can return your item by following these steps:

Return Authorization: After we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to send your product back to us. Please make sure to include the RA number with your return package.
Shipping the Return: Once you receive the return instructions, securely package the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process once the return is received. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
- Restocking Fee: We may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for items that are returned due to customer preferences (not defective or damaged). This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

- Return for a Refund or Replacement: In case of damaged or defective items, we will provide you with a return label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional charge, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.Shipping Costs
