  1. Refused Shipments
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or any other reason outside of our control, we will refund the cost of the items minus the shipping fee. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the items to the correct address.

  2. Shipping Address Accuracy
    It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Chopexunie is not responsible for shipping errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
